Retreat 2014
This year we will have 2 retreats to accommodate as many adoption moms as possible. In the past, our retreats have filled up in 24 hours. Please be sure to plan ahead with moms you are hoping to connect with so you choose the same retreat. The schedule for the January and March retreats will be identical–so just choose the time that works best for your family!
Location: Lake Lanier Legacy Lodge and Conference Center
Dates: February 7th-9th, 2014 OR March 7th-7th, 2014
Registration: August 15, 2014
Cost: $185 (Registration Fee: includes all your food/snacks/drinks for the entire weekend, bag, journal and registration materials. Paid when you register.)
Rooms: $109/night (May be split up to 4 ways depending on whether you chose no roommate or find 3 other friends you would like to room with. Paid when you check out of the resort at the end of the weekend.)
This year the resort is giving us every room and meeting room so with theater seating we will be able to accommodate more adoption moms, but space is still limited. The link to register will be here on the website beginning August 15th at 12:01 a.m.
The cost includes retreat meals beginning with Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast, snacks, sodas, retreat materials, goodie bag and journal. Rooms can be split 4 ways to lighten the cost and are booked separately. If you are rooming by yourself, please request a room with a king bed so rooms with two queen beds can be reserved for groups. Rooms filled up quickly last year also, so be sure to reserve your room under the “Created for Care” block after August 15, 2013 when you register. The resort will need one credit card to reserve the room, but the resort will break up the cost according to the number of roommates when you check out.
